Return policy

You have fourteen (14) days from the day you receive the item to make a return. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Finally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the return request has been received, Beautynailsgel Customer Service will contact you to advise you on the procedure to follow.

The returned item must be new, returned in its original packaging and include all accessories. If the conditions are not met, the item cannot be taken back.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving your return package. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance at your own expense. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
